1. What are the benefits and services do a permanent employee of airtel received?

2. According to the law of individual differences every people have different personality, abilities, values and needs. Not everyone reacts to a reward in the same way and not all rewards are suitable to all situation. Keeping these in mind, do you believe a homogenous incentive plan for all can actually motivate an employee?
3. How effective does the Airtel employees incentive plan is when compared to other

telecom industry? 4. What sort of obstacles do you believe prevent an employee to perform his or her best?
5. Equal opportunities and diversity is an asset for any company. Men and women of

various age from different backgrounds and culture with a range of different experience, help the company to understand and serve the customer better. Usually women can be more affected by the family commitment than men and thereby to encourage your employee to have a better balance between work and family commitment what sort of benefits and services are provided to them? Does it include flexible working hrs and day care facilities? 6. Currently Airtel is using pay for performance policy. What sort of recognition and rewards are provided to highly effective employee? complementary OPD charge and a certain percentage of OT charge. Keeping our cultural value in mind many people avoid psychological treatment unless it is absolutely necessary. Working in one of the top telecom company in the Bangladesh means working constantly under pressure meeting deadline, thinking creatively etc all these can worn out employees body and mind. Do you believe if Airtel provide a facility where employees of Airtel get a monthly health check by trained psychologists and occasional psychotherapy if necessary will keep the employee less stressful and more active and thereby enable them to work more effectively?
