Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-7PM EST (Real Work is approx 10-15 hours/week)
Compensation: $300-350 CAD/month
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing garage door
installation company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks
including providing exceptional customer service support, and work with the Owners and Partners in
identifying and implementing various process improvements. This is a remote position, requiring
responsiveness during core business hours of 9AM - 7PM EST, but with a real workload of under 15
hours a week.
There will be a Standard Operating Procedure created, and the candidate will be provided training
for this position.
Key Requirements:
● Fluency in English, and confidence speaking with customers over the phone
● Access to stable high speed internet, and responsiveness during 9AM-7PM EST during core
business hours
● Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets)
● Being proactive to learn and grow with the company. Based on performance, the hours of
this position may transition into a full time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
Call Dispatching and Lead Management
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate technician through a software.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
• Handle and qualify incoming leads from various sources.
Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally, and note
down key pieces of information to pass onto the owner
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and addressing their concerns, leveraging a
standard operating procedure
Market Research and Vendor Pricing
• Conduct research to find competitive pricing for products and services, and conduct research
on vendor pricing, maintaining a current guide of vendor pricing
• Gather and analyze data to support business decisions.
Feedback Collection:
• Collect and organize customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide insights and suggestions based on customer feedback.
CRM Data Entry:
• Accurately input and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency.
