1. The Digital Technical Library was approved by CMD/APTRANSCO Vide Memo.
CGM(HRD)/DGM(HRP)/MPP/F.E-2472531/24, Dt: 01.07.2024 and the Chief
Engineer/Telecom & IT/VS/Vijayawada is authorised for arranging the necessary facilities as
detailed below to carryout the works for the establishment of Digital Technical Library at
Vidyut Soudha, Vijayawada.
2. In this regard it is proposed for procurement of 8Nos i5 Desktop Computers, 1No Network
Printer cum Scanner, 1No 65’’ HD Display T.V and 305mtrs Cat 6 Cable for Internet
Connectivity for Establishment of Digital Technical Library in APTRANSCO, Vidyut Soudha,
Vijayawada for an amount of Rs 7,16,833.00 (Rupees Seven Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Eight
hundred and thirty three Only) including Taxes.
3. After careful consideration, APTRANSCO accords administrative approval for the procurement
of 8Nos i5 Desktop Computers, 1No Network Printer cum Scanner, 1No 65’’ HD Display T.V
and 305mtrs Cat 6 Cable for Internet Connectivity for Establishment of Digital Technical Library
in APTRANSCO, Vidyut Soudha, Vijayawada for an amount of Rs 7,16,833.00 (Rupees Seven
Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Eight hundred and thirty three Only) Including Taxes as per the
prices indicated below:

4. The expenditure shall be met from Account being maintained for DSM charges from RE
Generators for an amount of Rs 7,16,833.00 (Rupees Seven Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Eight
hundred and thirty-three Only). The Pay Officer/APTRANSCO/VS/Vijayawada is authorized
to arrange payment.
5. These orders are issued with the concurrence of Director/Grid, Transmission & Management
vide approval at e-office file Computer No.2753578 vide Note # 15, Dated:28.03.2025.
6. The Chief Engineer/Transmission is here by authorized to take up the procurement of 8Nos i5
Desktop Computers, 1No Network Printer cum Scanner, 1No 65’’ HD Display T.V and 305mtrs
Cat 6 Cable for Internet Connectivity for Establishment of Digital Technical Library in
APTRANSCO, Vidyut Soudha, Vijayawada.
