Note :

1) The result published on the ERP portal is to be considered PROVISIONAL.

2) These results should not be copied, reproduced, published, uploaded, transmitted, distributed or dealt with in any manner without the express
authorization of Birla Institute of Technology. Final results shall be reflected in the Grade Card.

3) Students are requested to cross-check their grades and any other issues (e.g. missing course, extra course, etc.) and in case any discrepancies
are noticed, they are requested to meet the corresponding faculty members and request corrections. No request for corrections shall be
entertained after the 10th of January, 2024.

4) The Office of the CoE shall have complete authority to publish the verified results in the form of Grade Cards after all errors, omissions and
corrections have been investigated and appropriate actions taken.

5) In view of the results published on the portal being provisional, students should be aware that changes may happen in their final grades either
in the form of improvement from lower to higher grade or adjustment in terms of higher grade to lower grade, as found during verification.
