1 year - development of code and designing a beta version of our app

Conclusion:
In concluding our journey with the LZN app's development, it’s clear that the collaboration and
dedication of our team—comprising Ilya, Andrew, Bruno, Noelly and Thomas—have been
pivotal to bringing this innovative project to life. The meticulous planning detailed in our work
breakdown structure (WBS) set the stage for a seamless process from initiation to launch.
Key Achievements:
We developed a good plan, mindful of our 18-month timeline, to build an app that connects
users to learning Chinese from native speakers. This phase established clear foundations, roles,
responsibilities, and milestones, ensuring alignment and focus throughout.
