General Information
Login URL- [Link]
User ID – Default hospital code (For example- 0004).
First time login-
(a) Click on forget password in login page.
(b) Give the default hospital code and captcha.
(c) An Email with otp will be delivered to the respective hospital Email ID.
(d) After giving the correct OTP, the respective hospital member can give there new password.
(e) The new password will be set and at the login page the respective hospital member can login
with there default hospital code and new password.

Forgot Password-
Firstly the hospital need to reset the password in first login-
An OTP will be delivered to the respective hospital Email ID-

They have to enter the new Password-
After Updating the password will be reset-

After the Updated hospital User Password. The Hospital can Login with updated new password
Username & Password do not match error-

The Hospital should firstly search with the employee ID-

Authenticate-
Select the identify button of the particular beneficiary to authenticate
Identify-

Select Authenticate Finger to verify finger.
Finger Matched Success-
Finger Not Matched Error-

Skipping Finger Authenticate-
If beneficiary is facing any issue verifying the finger they can skip the finger verification to proceed-
This is an option where the beneficiary can verify his face to proceed hospital admission-

In this the beneficiary can verify using Aadhaar number
Aadhaar Authenticate-
Aadhar OTP will be sent to the particular beneficiary mobile number-

Aadhaar Authenticate OTP Success –
The Beneficiary name doesn’t match in this case however the user can request for approval to RMO-
In this case the Approval request sent to RMO as everything of the beneficiary matches with aadhaar-

Aadhaar Authenticate Error-
Skipping Aadhaar Authenticate-
If beneficiary is facing any issue verifying the Aadhaar they can skip the Aadhaar verification to proceed-

In this case the beneficiary can directly request RMO for approval-
A Child Below 5 Years-

can raise a ticket for that complaint so that Our team can recognize and solve it .

The Complaint List will be having all the pending tickets that has been submitted by user.
