ROUTINE
Yeiner wakes up at 5:15 a.m., takes a shower, and then puts on his pants, shirt, and
shoes. After that, he puts on perfume, has breakfast, and brushes his teeth. Then, he
waits for his dad to take him to school. He arrives at school at 7:10 a.m., goes to his
classroom, and attends his lessons.

Later, during recess, he has a snack and chats with his classmates until the bell rings,
and then he returns to class until 1:15 p.m. When he gets home, he has lunch, rests
for a while, and checks his phone. After that, he goes to the park to ride his bike, and
recently, he has started going to the gym.

If he has homework or schoolwork, he meets with his friend Rosaura. Then, he has
dinner with his family and later meets up with other friends. Before going to bed, he
takes a shower, watches TV, checks his class schedule, and follows his nighttime
routine. Finally, he goes to sleep until the next day.
Welcome to Rosaura’s routine
Rosaura starts her day at 5:00 a.m. Upon waking up, she says a prayer and thanks God for a new day. Then, she goes to the
bathroom to take a shower, puts on her uniform, cleans her shoes, and sits down to wait for breakfast.

In the meantime, she makes her bed, feeds her pets, and wakes up her brother and father so they can get ready. Once breakfast
is served, she eats calmly, and after finishing, she fills her water bottle for school, brushes her teeth, and looks for her house keys.
After that, she waits for her brother to be ready so they can head to school together.

At 6:58 a.m., she leaves for her school and arrives at 7:10 a.m. Upon entering, she goes straight to her classroom and begins her
academic activities until recess. During the break, she meets up with her friends, has a snack, and takes the opportunity to play
volleyball until the recess is over. Then, she returns to her classes until the school day ends.

When she gets home, she has lunch, takes a short rest, and completes her household chores. Later, she goes to volleyball
practice, which takes place from 5:40 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. After training, she reviews her class schedule, has dinner with her family,
and talks with them.

She then takes some time to relax before showering. After that, she finishes any pending tasks for the next day. Later, she visits
her cousin for about 20 to 30 minutes before returning home.

To continue with her nighttime routine, she brushes her hair to prevent it from getting
tangled, brushes her teeth, and, last but not least, listens to prayers on YouTube to
express gratitude for everything she did during the day.

Finally, she goes to bed and sleeps until the next day.
