DROPPER POSITION

The dropper position is a job in which you’ll be responsible to bring new fans for the
company’s OF models. In contrast to a regular Marketing or Social Media position, you
won’t be using Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other popular social media.
Instead, you’ll be doing promotion through “Drops” on Telegram
A drop is a moment in which many models (or their assistants) agree to post each other
on OF by talking through groups on Telegram.
You’ll already have those groups given to you, so your day-to-day work is looking through
the groups to find where you can join the drops, then you’ll be posting the other models
“AD” on OF by copy-pasting the picture and the text of said “AD”

Example of an AD
After posting all of the models you must record a video showing that you posted all of the
models and send in the groups, if done everything right, you’re done with that
“drop”. Now you must do it all over again on another drop of another group

The job can be summarized as: repetitive, manual, mechanical, cyclical that requires to be
organized and have attention to detail

BENEFITS
 We pay per hour worked, $2/Hr starting, which can go up after working three
months with us according to performance.
 Biweekly bonus according to how many fans you got over a certain goal
 Must reach a daily minimum of fans to earn full salary, otherwise it’s 50% for that
day
 10 hours shift
o Morning shift, 6am to 4pm VNZ Time
o Afternoon shift, 6pm to 4am VNZ Time
 We pay through Binance

REQUIREMENTS
 CPU must be at minimum Ryzen 5, Intel I5 or above
 8GB RAM minimum, 16GB RAM ideal
 Stable and fast internet connection
 Ideally must have UPS and/or Laptop if they have constant power issues (Not
mandatory)
