Dear Internship Coordinator,

I am writing to apply for an internship in Biotechnology Instrumentation at the Rajiv Gandhi


Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB). I am a second-year undergraduate student pursuing
Biotechnology Engineering and have developed a strong interest in advanced
instrumentation techniques used in molecular biology and genetic research.

Through my coursework, I have gained hands-on experience in PCR, spectrophotometry, and


cell culture, which has deepened my understanding of biotechnology applications.
Additionally, I am currently involved in projects titled "Nano Biodegradable Plastic from
Biological Waste Sources" and "Assessing the Role of RNA Conformational Flexibility in
mRNA Vaccine Design," enhancing my analytical skills and knowledge of biotechnological
processes.

An internship at RGCB would provide me with the opportunity to strengthen my technical


expertise and gain exposure to cutting-edge research tools. I am eager to learn and
contribute effectively to the ongoing research at your esteemed institution.
