PLACING PAGE NUMBERING IN


PAGE MAKER
Steps To Place Numbering On The Master Page:-
1. Click on the Text Tool.
2. Click on the Top Left Corner of the Left Master Page.

3. Press Ctrl+Alt+P keys. The latter LM appear at the cursor


position as shown in figure.

4. Select the latters LM and format the text according to requirement.

5. Noe click on the top right corner of the right mastern page.

6. Press Ctrl+Alt + P . the latters RM appear at the cursor position as


shown in figure.

PLACING HEADER AND FOOTER


IN PAGEMAKER
Steps To Place Header On The Master Page Are:
1. Click on the text tool.

2. Place the cursor where you


want to insert the header on
the left master place and
click.
3. Type the header as shown in
figure.

4. Select the header and format the text according to the requirement.

5. Click on pointer tool.

6. Click at the header to form a block of text

.
7. Drag the left corner of the text block to make it half of the page size
as shown in figure.

8. Similarly place the Header on the right Master Page.


In the same way we can place footers on left or right Master Pages using
bottom margin.
