1. Reference:
a) Blotter Entry Number 2024-0001 dated January 2, 2025; &
b) Spot Report from this station dated January 2, 2025, with the subject as stated
above; &
c) 1st Progress Report from this station dated January 4, 2025, with the subject as
stated above; &
d) 2nd Progress Report from this station dated January 5, 2025, with the subject as
stated above.

2. At about 9:00PM, dated January 2,2025, the above-mentioned incident transpired at


Brgy 15 San Guillermo (Pob.) Laoag City.

3. Investigation conducted and disclosed that on the said TDPO, while the victim is
doing his inventory check, the accused approached and asked him for an iPhone 14 Pro max if
they have a stock, and the prey agreed and went to the stock room to check for the said unit
and when he came back, the latter had disappeared along with his smartphone and wallet.

4. At about 10:40 am, this station together with the adjacent police station conducted a
manhunt operation to the said address of the suspect which resulted on the arrest of the latter.
The arrested suspect is now in custody of this station and subjected to a booking sheet
procedure. Also, the stolen items and cash were recovered; iPhone 14 Promax worth
110,000.00 pesos and a wallet containing 200 pesos and 2 ATM cards were properly marked
and turned over to the victim. The suspect had undergone due process and booking sheet
procedure, ready for filing appropriate case.

5. The case is being prepared for the suspect for prosecution while the suspect remains
in custody of this station.

6. Final report will be forwarded to that office ASAO.
