Question 1: Why do you want to learn English ?

Answer: Because I want to talk with everybody and everyone can understand what I am
saying. Furthermore I want to make friend with international student.

Question 2: How did you feel on the first day you came to LUK? Why?

Answer: Everything was new for me and I was scare because I must speak English with
everyone.

Question 3: In the last 6 weeks in Hurricane, what skills did you learn?

• Professional habits: I learn quicly habits about my study. I must go to class on time and sit
in my place quickly.

• Phonics: I learn how to pronounce some letters like “n, m, s, sh, t, th, etc.”

• Conversation skill: I learn how to use body language in my conversation and I should talk
face to face with my friend.

• Topics: I learn about some topics that talk about habits and daily work in my life.

Question 4: How does your mindset change from Week 1 to Week 6?

Answer : I know that I learn English for my conversation in my life not in my study so I
practice my pronounce everyday and I don’t lear gramma first because it can’t help me
speak English well.

Question 5: What is your biggest challenge when you learn at LUK now
(phonics/conversation/teamwork/...)? Why?

Answer: I think the biggest challenge is teamwork because I am working with my new
friends and must be friendly with everyone.

Question 6: How do you practice every day to overcome that challenge?

Answer: I spend a lot of time to practice with my team and try practicing everyday so I and
my team can develop together.
