I. Primary Objective
The main aim of this initiative is to provide essential relief items to underprivileged
students at Cabucgayan National High School while promoting community solidarity and
engagement.

II. Specific Objectives


a. Support Marginalized Students: Deliver food and hygiene kits to selected students
from NHTS non-4Ps families to address immediate needs.
b. Promote Community Engagement: Encourage active participation from students,
teachers, and community members in the outreach program.
c. Enhance Empathy and Citizenship: Foster a sense of empathy, social responsibility,
and solidarity among Grade 12 HUMSS students.
d. Raise Awareness: Highlight the importance of community support and collaboration in
addressing the needs of less fortunate students.
e. Develop Practical Skills: Provide students with hands-on experience in organizing and
implementing community programs.

III. Resources Needed


a. Funding: Contributions from students, parents, and possible sponsors will cover food
items, hygiene kits, and transportation costs.
b. Collaborations: Partner with local businesses or organizations to donate goods or
services. Seek assistance from school authorities and community leaders for logistical
support.
c. Volunteers: Grade 12 HUMSS students will serve as the primary volunteers for planning
and execution, with the involvement of teachers and school officials.
