¡Hola! Bienvenido a taco bell. ¿Cómo están ustedes hoy?
(hello! how are you today?)
[carina greets customers]
Reese (customer 1):
Estoy bien, gracias, ¿qué plato principal me recomienda?
(i'm fine, thank you, what main dish do you recommend?)
[reese looks at the menu and waits for a suggestion]
Carina (waiter):
Yo prefiero la hamburguesa con papas fritas, es muy sabrosa, ¿quiere usted
agua o jugo?
(i prefer the hamburger with french fries, it's tasty, would you like water or
juice?)
[carina points at the menu showing the dish]
Reese (customer 1):
Prefiero jugo de naranja
(i prefer orange juice)
[reese places her order]
Aryan (customer 2):
Me gustaría pizza y ensalada de frutas, también me gustaría un té helado.
(i would like pizza and fruit salad, i’d also like iced tea.)
[aryan speaks up with his order and he looks excited]
Carina (waiter):
¡Perfecto! ¿Desean algo de postre?
(perfect! do you want any dessert?)
[carina takes notes of the orders]
Reese (customer 1):
Sí, quiero helado
(yes, i want ice cream)
[reese adds a desert to her order]

Me gustaría pastel.
(i would like cake)
[aryan smiles, looking forward to dessert]
Carina (waiter):
¡Excelente! Les traigo sus bebidas y platos principales
(excellent! i'll bring your drinks and main dishes)
[carina ‘heads to the kitchen’]
Reese (customer 1):
¡Qué sabroso está todo! Las papas fritas están deliciosas
(how tasty everything is! the french fries are delicious)
[reese takes a bite and praises the fries]
Aryan (customer 2):?
La pizza está sabrosa, ¡qué buena elección!
(the pizza is tasty, what a good choice!)
[aryan nods in satisfaction while he enjoys his pizza]
Reese (customer 1):
Puedo comer un poco de tu pizza
(can i eat a little bit of your pizza)
[reese looks at aryan’s pizza, tempted to try it]
Aryan (customer 2):
No, es mi comida
(no, it's my food)
[aryan pulls his pizza closer to him]
Reese (customer 1):
Pero tú puedes comer mis papas fritas
(but you can eat my french fries)
[reese offers some french fries in exchange for a bite]

(i wouldn’t like french fries, i would like my pizza)
[aryan shakes his head and holds onto the pizza]
Reese (customer 1):

(a little bit)
[reese tries to persuade aryan to give her a little bit]
Aryan (customer 2):
No, es mi pizza, no es tu comida
(no, it’s my pizza, it’s not your food)
[aryan keeps the pizza to himself, bringing it closer]
Reese (customer 1):
Eres mala persona
(you’re a bad person)
[reese crosses her arms in disbelief]
Aryan (customer 2):
No, ¡soy una persona con PIZZA!
(no, I'm a person with PIZZA)
[aryan exclaims… that and then holds up his pizza]
Reese (customer 1):
Voy a comer la pizza
(i’m going to eat the pizza)
[reese reaches for the pizza]
Aryan (customer 2):
¡Oye! ¡No puedes!
(hey! You can’t!)
[aryan pulls the pizza away]
Reese (customer 1):
Sí puedo
(yes, i can)
[reese makes another attempt to grab the pizza]

No, no puedes
(no, you can’t)
[aryan firmly defends his pizza]
Carina (waiter):
¡Oye! Hay más comida, vamos
(hey! there's more food, come on)
[carina tries to calm the situation down and offers more food]
Reese (customer 1):
No está buena…
(it’s not even good)
[reese shrugs in ‘dissapointment’, trying not to give in]
Aryan (customer 2):
¡Es buena para mí!
(it’s good for me!)
[aryan takes another bite of his pizza]
Carina (waiter):
Aquí tienen otra pizza
(here’s another pizza)
[carina brings over a fresh pizza]
Reese (customer 1):
Bien
(good)
[reese gives an approving nod]
Aryan (customer 2):
Sí, bien
(yeah, good)
[aryan takes ANOTHER satisfied bite]
Carina (waiter):
Me alegra que les guste, ¿les falta algo?
(i’m glad you like it, do you need anything else?)
[carina smiles, checking if anything else is needed]
