PowerPoint Exercise

Please do the following:


1. Create a new presentation with six slides using the home tab. The layout of the slides
must be the following:
a. Slide 1: Title slide
b. Slide 2: Title and content slide
c. Slide 3: Comparison Slide
d. Slide 4: Picture with Caption Slide
e. Slide 5: Blank Slide
f. Slide 6: Title only Slide
When you are done, populate your presentation with information on all the slides.
NB: Note you can create a presentation using any topic of your own choice.
2. Delete slide number six (Title only slide)
3. On slide number 5 insert a text box with your concluding message.
4. Insert a footer with a date & time, footer (student number) and a slide number. Do not
include the footer on your Title slide. When you are done, run a slide show using the
Slide Show tab to check how your presentation looks, to exit your slide show press on
the ESC button on your keyboard.
5. Apply a Theme of your own choice to your presentation. Run a slide show and see
how your presentation looks.
6. Apply a Transition of your own choice per slide and run a slide show. Remember that
transition applies per slide.
7. Set the duration of each transition to be 20 seconds. Make sure you uncheck the box
“On Mouse click”
8. Apply Animation to the text of your presentation to all the slides.
9. Hide slide 3 of your presentation and run a slide show.
10. Add a new comment on slide 2 of your presentation.
11. Change the presentation view to Slide Sorter
