Undertaking by the Candidate
1. I hereby accept the seat allocated/retained/upgraded in the 6th JoSAA-2023 Round.
2. I am well aware of the Fee structure and waivers applicable at the admitting institute.
3. I will do the Physical Reporting to the admitting institute and complete all the admission formalities, including the payment of other fees of the admitting institute (if any),
as mentioned in the schedule available on the website of JoSAA ([Link] and the admitting institute.
4. In case I participate in the CSAB-2023 Special Round, then I understand that
a). I need to do fresh registration on the CSAB-2023 portal during the 03/08/2023 to 07/08/2023 till 12:00 noon.
b). I have to pay the participation fee for CSAB Special Round.
c). I need to fill the fresh choices for CSAB Special Round.
d). If a new seat is allocated to me in CSAB Special Rounds, then I shall have no claim on the previously secured seat of JoSAA-2023 Rounds.
e). I have read the CSAB-2023 Special Rounds Information Brochure thoroughly and shall be bound by the rules of CSAB-2023 Special Rounds.
5. I understand that it is my sole responsibility to produce valid original documents as verified during JoSAA rounds to the admitting institute whenever asked.
6. I am fully aware that the final confirmation pertaining to my admission is subject to production of valid and original eligibility documents and their physical verification at the
admitting institute. At any stage, if any of the documents is found to be invalid, my allotted seat will be cancelled.
7. I understand that the seat allocation to PwD candidates will remain provisional until a duly constituted Medical Board appropriately examines their PwD status at the Admitting
Institute. The Medical Board at the Admitting Institute will assess the veracity of the candidate's PwD status after the physical examination of the candidate as per the guidelines
given in the Gazette notification GSR 591(E); dt: 15.07.2017.
8. I am aware that there are some restrictions in certain academic programs/institutions. If I fail to satisfy those restrictions, the institution has the right to cancel my admission.
9. I will abide by the Rules and Regulations of the admitting institute.
