Score Description

21-26 (Proficient) The speech is well-structures and informative.
The speaker demonstrates confidence with

15-20 (Developing) The speech conveys information but lacks
clarity, structure, or engagement. The speaker
shows some confidence but may struggle with
organization, delivery, or pronunciation.

9-14 (Needs improvement) The speech lacks coherence, confidence, and
audience connection. The speaker struggles
