Answer:
I was inspired to become a teacher because I’ve always had
a passion for learning and helping others. Growing up, I was
fortunate to have teachers who truly cared about their
students, and their positive influence made me want to do
the same. What keeps me passionate about teaching is
seeing my students grow not just academically but also
personally. When they understand a challenging concept or
overcome a struggle, it feels rewarding to know I played a
role in their success.

What are some of the biggest challenges you face as a teacher, and how do you
address them?
Answer:
One of the biggest challenges I face is managing the diverse
needs of my students. Each student learns differently, and I
have to adapt my teaching methods to make sure everyone
is supported. I address this by using a variety of teaching
strategies, like differentiated instruction, so that each
student can engage with the material in a way that suits
their learning style. I also try to foster an inclusive and
