Who am I?

Are you qualified to become a Police Officer/PNPA Cadet? - Yes, Sir. I believe I am qualified to become a police
officer of the Philippine National Police because I am 21 years old, 5'8 feet tall, single with a clean criminal
record and a good moral character, physically fit and emotional stable and most importantly, I am naturally born
Filipino citizen of the Philippines.

Why do you want to join the PNP? - I want to join the Philippine National Police since it is one of the most
professional and stable employment in the Philippines. Another reason is I want to create a positive influence by
tackling crime and assisting victims. Finally, I was motivated by my father, a former police officer, and I
witnessed in him a commitment to lead, work, and serve the people, which is an image that I want to keep and
continue. And that's why I want to become a police officer.

Which would you choose between duty and family? Why? – I choose duty. Choosing duty is also choosing your
family because how can you provide for their needs if you don't do duty. Also, when it’s a call of duty, duty first.
No matter what, you swore an oath to serve and protect the country.

What are your Strengths? - My strengths include God-fearing, following instructions, determination, being
adaptable or flexible, and completing scheduled tasks ahead of time or under pressure.

make your family aspirations and trust the process. Never give up.

What did you learn from the very start of your application?
Discipline and courtesy are two things I acquired while going through the application process. These two shaped who I am
now. Discipline encourages me to be more resilient and always manage time more effectively. Aside from that, discipline
guides me to maintain a condition of mind even when I'm at my maximum. Courtesy encourages me and reminds me to
be as calm as possible. Because of courtesy, I've learned to respect people, my family, and most importantly myself. Also,
Courtesy taught me to never go above your superiors and to follow the line of command especially our parents. Every
sweat, stay awake, patience, and sacrifice guided me to this point. Also, I learned to make decisions and to listen to my
heart's messages, which are divine direction. Never forget to always pray. I am grateful for God's help and direction
throughout my life. All of that, I realize that you will grow through the experience and suffering will test yourself and
shapes our reality.
