Main Complaint: “My teeth are painful and some are loose. I cannot chew on the left hand side due to pain”

Medical History: Diabetes Mellitus Type II HbA1c 8.0%

Dental History: Not seen a dentist previous to 2017. In 2017-teeth started becoming mobile and tooth 31 was extracted
