Subject: Application for Re-Enrollment

Respected Ma'am,

I hope this letter finds you in pink of your health. I am writing to request re-
enrollment for both my sister and myself at Piet sanskriti senior secondary school,
as we wish to return to your esteemed institution. Due to certain circumstances, we
had previously transferred to another school, but after careful consideration, we
have decided that returning would be in our best academic and personal interest.

There were a few concerns that initially led us to leave, one being the negative
influence of a particular group of students on my younger sister. In order to
separate her from an individual she was associating with, we made the difficult
decision to move to another school. However, I believe that if she could be placed
in a different section, she would be able to focus better and develop positively
without any distractions.

Another reason for our previous transfer was the distance from our home. At the
time, we faced challenges with commuting. Now, however, we would like to avail of
the school’s transport facility, which would resolve this issue and allow us to
return without any inconvenience.

We sincerely believe that returning to Piet will provide us with a much better
academic and extracurricular environment. I kindly request that you consider our
application for transfer, as well as my request to have my sister placed in a
different section.

We would be deeply grateful if you could accommodate us once again, and we look
forward to your positive response.
