Transformative Education

Guest speaker, Sir. Jeric B. Maribao Teacher, Bag-ong Anonang Diut


Elementary School Bonifacio, Misamis Oriental
From the guest speaker sir Maribao who is a good demo teacher and a
good teacher who will teach some of what he has learned from experience
and what he has learned. According to the webinar that took place, a
teacher or a future teacher needs to "think outside the box" we need to
think more than we know. We also need actions in teaching, it is easier for
children or students to understand if there are actions that include hand
gestures. Because our students or the children are very observant around
them, especially the teacher and they can apply it in their reporting.
There are secret techniques in teaching that are 1. think outside the box,
2. dynamic, and 3. start on yourself.
Sir's details are very informative and his explanations are easy to
understand. Sir also has presentations where he has cultivated some
things to remember in demo teaching and even in teaching.
Transformative Demonstrations were also explained under the 5P (Proper
Planning Prevent Poor Performance). A teacher needs more time
management especially if we teach 8 subjects in one day and study the
forbidden lessons carefully.
He is also strategy 1. Preparation of Instructional Materials,
contextualization, competence, Concepts Chords/ CROPS. There are a
few more that he missed but I can't remember all I can say is very
informative and details and I'm very happy with to new knowledge that I
have learned in these webinars.
