ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

My first word of appreciation must be to the Almighty, for bestowing countless blessings on
me and for inspiring to accomplish this task at the earliest.
Second, I am conscious of an enormous debt I owe to my project guide, Dr. Jyoti Ignace Tete,
Department of Commerce, St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Ranchi, for giving generously of his
time and has made a unique and very personal contribution to this project.
Third, I wish to warmly thank Dr. Chakshu Pathak, who has been tireless in his efforts in sharing
his insights on research writing and in giving impetus to my effort.
