1. Create a personal development plan, Includes:

– My clear vision ‘in terms or where I want to be’ is where I


facilitate the students. As a future teacher it was my vision to
develop the cognitive & thinking skills of the children. It was may
vocational, mission, and principles to lead and be a greatest
materials or scaffolding to the students. With that this is what
and where I want to be to become a professional teacher that
touch the heart of the children. Also to renew their minds with
the help of materials in teaching.
– As a future educator I will be able to achieve my vision if I
includes staying updated on subject matter expertise, exploring
new pedagogical techniques, integrating technology into
teaching practices, enhancing communication skills, and
fostering cultural competence. By focusing on these areas,
educators can create inclusive learning environments, engage
students effectively, and promote lifelong learning.
– As an educator to meet my goals I have to immerse myself in my
field of expertise. By participating in online courses, webinars,
and peer observation processes further fosters continuous
learning and improvement in pedagogical approaches.
Additionally, conducting action research projects and
participating in mentorship programs provide opportunities for
reflective practice and collaboration with colleagues. Attending
conferences and engaging in community outreach activities
round out personal development efforts by allowing educators to
stay updated on educational trends and connect classroom
learning to real-world contexts.
– This idea came from the internet and it was the effective way to
develop my skills and those are what I already do. In order to
develop my skills as educator I have to apply the subject matter
expertise, techniques in pedadogy, integration of technology,
communication skills, and cultural competence. By following
these steps and committing to continuous learning and
improvement, educators can progress from their current level of
proficiency to a desired level of skill and expertise in each area,
ultimately enhancing their effectiveness in the classroom and
positively impacting student learning outcomes.
2. Try writing down how you feel about your goals now and if necessary,
change them to reflect where you really want to be and do.

 I can say that I am “amazed” to what my goals is, some of my


professors in Global Reciprocal Colleges help me to create a
principles that make me an facilitator and have a firm foundations
in education. With the help of philosophies and strategies I am truly
amazed on where I want to be. This character development that
was already input in me is a great help to achieve the goals.

3. Make a list of the skills you have and a list of skills you want to
develop.

 The skills that I already have is communication skills, modulate


voice, enthusiasm, empathy, technology & media skills,
comprehensions, even in dancing, singing, and theater. With those
skills will help me to integrate it to my discipline of expertise. I do
want to develop is the subject matter expertise, the techniques and
strategies classroom management/pedagogical implementations
and the cultural competence being a Facilitator in terms in
education
