Contract Agreement form for the part-Time Teaching

Whereas the Werabe University is willing to employ _ Redela Seman with academic rank of
Lecturer for rendering of intellectual services during first semester of ___2016_____ academic year in
the summer program, whereas the employee has declared him/her self-willing and professionally
qualified to render the said services. The address of the employee:

(office). Therefore, the parties here by have agreed as follows:
The employee with _____MBA_____ Degree in Management field of specialization with minor
in__________ shall give the following courses given in the table below.

Rendering tutorial class for continuing education program students for 03(Three) hours. In
consideration of these services the employee shall receive 175 birr per contact hour and the total
payment shall be 525 birr.
