Dear Sir,

I had submitted my resignation on 29th March 2024 from my current position at


NBTC, Kuwait. I am in notice period till 30th June 2024.

Due to personal problems in my home country, I am willing to cancel my


resignation plan and to continue the service in NBTC.

As I am currently adjusting my salary expectation to KWD,900 and bring my


family to Kuwait to join me, I have taken above decision.

I believe that my skills, experience, and contributions to the company merit


revisiting the salary package we previously discussed. I need to support my
mother's medical expenses have placed a significant financial strain on me.

I am willing to continue contributing to the success of NBTC and request


reconsideration of the salary package to fulfill the above requirements.
