The Challenge
One of the most problematic issues doctors and medical practitioners have to
contend with today is accessing immediate and reliable patient-care information.
A hospital processing hundreds of patients every day often makes it difficult for
doctors to access vital information, especially if it is a fast-paced situation.
iAnswer Health was designed to mitigate this downtime as it consolidates 500
authoritative sources, merging them into a single, more intuitive, and AI-powered
platform.
The Answer
Having identified the need for a consolidated repository of essential patient-care
information, we partnered with iAnswer Health to develop an intuitive mobile and
web application, fusing AI from over 500 verifiable and authentic medical PDFs.
We created a vast library of medical information with the help of certified healthcare
professionals, allowing them to access or retrieve answers to medical queries
instantly.

iClinic was designed as an intelligent and disruptive patient call management
platform. Fused with enhanced AI-backed software, the application is highly
customizable and caters to a wide spectrum of healthcare businesses.
The app comes with a virtual voice agent that is created for a variety of fast-paced
functionalities, such as managing inbound calls, providing real-time access to
conversation summaries, and providing follow-up alternatives. Overall, iClinic is a
powerful tool that can transform patient care by enhancing clinic efficiencies.
The Challenge
One of the most common denominating factors in healthcare institutions and
businesses is that they have to deal with hundreds of patient calls, which, in turn,
lead to missed inquiries. Not to mention, it can also lead to a more stressed and
demotivated staff.
iClinic realized the need for a transformative solution, an automated and AI-powered
platform where clinics and hospitals can count on an intelligent medical hotline
system that can manage high call volumes, keep up with patient inquiries, and
provide follow-up schedules, promptly and without burdening clinic resources.
The Answer
We collaborated with the iClinic team to design a dynamic and responsive web
application, merging it with an AI-generated voice agent.
We were able to build a call management system that could function as a
continuous hotline, providing clinics and hospitals with enhanced visibility into call
records, patient inquiries, and follow-up responses.
