One of your co-workers in a Sale Department has some trouble with being organised at work. He thinks that his new
office does not have enough space for him to store paperwork. He has piles of customers’ papers everywhere. He even lost
his phone last week. His customers seem to lose trust in him. Discuss, and decide together:

What should he do to be more organised at work?

How can he build the trust among customers to improve the sales?
