Home Workout Routine for Endomorph Body Type

General Guidelines

1. Warm-up: Do a 5-10 minute warm-up before each session, like jogging in place, jumping jacks, or high k

2. Rest between exercises: 30-45 seconds.

3. Cardio: Include 20-30 minutes of cardio after each session (jump rope, dancing, HIIT, etc.).

4. Progression: Increase intensity every 2 weeks by adding more reps, time, or weight.

Day 1: Legs and Glutes

- Deep squats: 4 x 15

- Glute bridges: 4 x 20 (you can add weight on your hips)

- Forward lunges: 3 x 12 per leg

- Donkey kicks (on the floor): 3 x 15 per leg

- Lateral hip abduction (with or without a band): 3 x 20 per side

- Sumo squat with weight (if available): 3 x 15

Cardio: 20 minutes HIIT (e.g., 30 seconds jumping jacks + 30 seconds rest).

Day 2: Full Body (Glutes and Legs Focused)

- Bulgarian split squat (using a chair): 3 x 12 per leg

- Leg curls (lying face down): 3 x 15

- Plank with alternating leg lifts: 3 x 10 per leg

- Push-ups (on knees if necessary): 3 x 12

- Dumbbell rows (or water bottles): 3 x 15

- Burpees: 3 x 10

Cardio: 20 minutes of jump rope or light jogging in place.

Day 3: Abs and Core

- Front plank: 3 x 40 seconds


- Side plank with hip lift: 3 x 30 seconds per side

- Reverse crunch: 3 x 15

- Bicycle crunch: 3 x 20 (10 per side)

- Russian twists (with or without weight): 3 x 20 (10 per side)

- Mountain climbers: 3 x 20

Cardio: 25 minutes of dancing or lateral jumps.

Day 4: Legs and Glutes

- Pistol squats (assisted with a chair): 3 x 8 per leg

- Calf raises: 4 x 20

- Lateral lunges: 3 x 12 per side

- Side-lying leg lifts (glute kick): 3 x 20 per leg

- Frog pumps (bridge with hip opening): 4 x 25

- Hip thrust (elevated bridge using a chair): 4 x 15

Cardio: 20-25 minutes of HIIT or fast walking in place.

Day 5: Full Body and Stretching

- Jump squats: 4 x 12

- Incline push-ups (using a chair): 3 x 10

- Plank with alternating shoulder taps: 3 x 20 (10 per side)

- Superman (for lower back): 3 x 12

- Renegade row (row in plank position): 3 x 10 per arm

- Weighted lunges (if available): 3 x 12 per leg

Cardio: 15-20 minutes of jump rope or jogging in place.

Finish with full-body stretches.
