Scientific Study Routine (Pomodoro Technique) for SSC Exam Preparation

Night:

3:00 AM: Wake up, perform Wudu, and Tahajjud Prayer (15-20 mins).

3:20 - 3:50 AM (30 minutes): Focus on Advanced Mathematics.

3:50 - 4:20 AM (30 minutes): Physics.

4:20 - 4:30 AM: Break (light walking or water).

4:30 - 5:00 AM (30 minutes): English 2nd Paper Grammar/Composition.

5:15 AM: Fajr Prayer.

5:30 - 6:00 AM: Mathematics Problem Solving/Revision.

6:00 - 6:30 AM: Breakfast and light exercise.

Morning (Tuition & Study):

7:00 - 8:30 AM (25+5 min x 3 sessions): Mathematics/Advanced Mathematics revision &

problem-solving.

9:00 - 10:00 AM: Tuition.

Afternoon:

10:30 - 11:00 AM: School work or homework.

11:00 - 11:30 AM: Physics or Chemistry.

11:30 - 12:15 PM: Zuhr Prayer and Lunch.

12:15 - 12:45 PM: Advanced Mathematics or Biology short study.

Scientific Techniques:
