Exceptions may be granted with PPR with 8 weeks PN.
TWY Restriction

Warnings
Aiming point marking slippery when wet.
Wind shear may occur on short final RWY 13 and 31, even when indicated surface wind is weak.
Down draft may occur on final RWY 13 when wind from S-SW above 20KT.
