I have chosen his opic because I have notced ha a lo of sudens drink a lo of sugar drinks which
sometmes makes hem develop dieren diseases . A sudy by CNN shows ha 30% of sudens
consume 2 sugar drinks daily. The purpose of his projec is o deermine how many sugar drinks do
sudens consume on a daily basis . Sugary drinks are beverages ha conain added sugars or
sweeeners. Sugar drinks are now sold commonly in boles which means people are consuming 1-16
sugar drinks daily,60% of hem percen of hem are sudens.

I have observed ha suden’s now-a-days are drinking sugar drinks very oen. I inend o nd ou
how many sugar drinks do sudens consume daily and wha sugar drinks hey consume and some
healh issues ha sudens migh have because of he amoun of sugar drinks hey consume. In my
research I will be using an online survey. This survey was sen o 40 sudens in my class .

Analysis of data
The daa above shows ha 30% of he sudens consume a leas one sugar drink per day. Only 16% of
sudens do no consume which leaves 84% of sudens consuming sugar drinks on a daily or a weekly
basis. The preferred sugar drink by sudens is frui drinks . 58% of he sudens consume frui drinks
which mean only 42% of sudens consume soda’s and oher drinks. Alhough frui drinks migh sound
healhy bu hese drinks conain a lo of sugar which could cause diabees , his is probably why 46% of
sudens have diabees . 22% of he sudens consume cola . Majoriy of he sudens consume sugar
drinks.

Discussion:
In he research I waned o nd ou how many sugar drinks sudens consume and how i can cause
hem o have diabees. I found ha mos sudens consume sugar drinks . I also found ha he majoriy
of he sudens consume sugar drinks daily or on a weekly basis . A oal of 58% of he sudens consume
sugar drinks only 42% of he sudens consume oher drinks . The oher sudens consume soda’s and
oher drinks . Alhough he majoriy of sudens don’ have diabees . Only 46 percen of sudens have
diabees which means ha sugar drinks can conribue o he growing raes of diabees in he suden
populaton.

Conclusion:
We can conclude ha he majoriy of sudens consume sugar drinks daily or weekly . Mos of he
sudens consume frui drinks . Sugar drinks do conribue o diabees among sudens .
