Enrolling your iOS 8 device:
Screenshot Instructions
This tutorial will help you get through the enrollment process,
performed on an iOS 8 device.
After enrolling your device following the steps below, you will receive
the following on your device:
• P&G Email
• P&G App Store
• App Bundle consisting of several productivity apps
(Both corporate and commercial)
Ensure that you have selected the appropriate instructions for your iOS version. Following
instructions for a different iOS version may cause errors during the AirWatch Enrolment.

Pre-requisites:
In case of device replacement (Optional):
You need to Un-enroll your old device in case if you are moving to a new one: Please go to
“Settings / General / Device Management” on the old device and remove the “MDM Profile”
(“Remove management”)
• You must have an iTunes account (Apple ID) to download the AirWatch
Agent
• Make sure you have a good Internet connection on your iOS device
• Recommended Safari pre-requisites: “Settings / General / Safari”
Block Pop-ups: OFF
Block Cookies: Always Allow

Enrollment:
1. Go to the Apple AppStore on your iPad or iPhone,

AirWatch MDM Agent can be found in AppStore: Search for
“AirWatch”, and install the “AirWatch MDM Agent"on your device.
Install (or reinstall) the AirWatch MDM Agent application from the
Apple Appstore

(NOTE: If the AirWatch MDM Agent is already installed, launch the AirWatch app,
tap on Settings, and verify the server is: [Link]
2. Launch the AirWatch MDM Agent app
3. If you are prompted for “AirWatch
Would Like to Send You Push Notifications,” tap OK
4. If you are prompted for “AirWatch would like to use your current
location”, we recommend you to tap OK

Tap on the option 'Continue without email address' as shown below.
5. In the Server field, enter: [Link]
For Group ID enter the correct value:
• For Company provided devices WITH Email access, use Group ID: pgemail
• For Company provided devices WITHOUT Email access, use pgnoemail
• For Bring Your Own Mobile devices, use Group ID: byod
• Note: If you are an Office 365 pilot user you will need to use different group
IDs to enroll. Please click on this Link to view the Office 365 group IDs.
Then tap Continue

6. Next, you will be prompted for your P&G Intranet credentials. Enter
your username and password (e.g.: gyurko.m), then tap Log In.

8. A window will prompt you to select the “Device Ownership” type:
9. Please select the proper one:
For Company owned devices choose Corporate - Dedicated.
For BYOD devices choose Employee Owned.

10. On the Mobile Device Management warning screen, tap Install:
11. To proceed, enter your Passcode:

12. Then “Install” again to confirm
Airwatch will ONLY manage and push corporate settings on your iOS device: Email, Apps, Passcode, etc.
Airwatch will NOT manage or take action on ANY non-corporate content on your device
13. Proceed with install:

14. Please tap on the “TRUST” in order to allow and finish the MDM
profile installation:
15. Done the Profile installation by tapping on “DONE”

16. You will be prompted to the Finish by seeing this.
17. Once enrolled you will see an Enrollment Success screen. You can now tap
on “Continue” or your “Home” button to return to the main screen.

18. Applications that are assigned to your device will automatically be
pushed to the device (i.e., PeopleFinder, Junos Pulse, etc.). You will
need to tap on Install for each application.
You might also be prompted for your Apple ID password as some of the apps will
be installed from the Apple App store
Note: The order of these popups may vary during the enrollment process.
App installation Pop Up from the AirWatch:
19. The P&G “Corporate Email” profile will also be pushed to your iPad / iPhone.
When prompted for your “P&G Email” Password, enter your Email (Intranet)
password, and tap on OK. (NOTE: You may need to power your iOS device off
and back on before email/calendar/contacts begin to sync with your device).
After you enter your email password please give it 2-3 mins
to start the sync of your email, calendar and contacts

20. After entering your Exchange Password for Email, you will be prompted to
create a Passcode (6 or more characters).
A passcode is required before email will begin to sync on your iPad. This
passcode never changes, so it is important not to forget. The passcode may be
all numbers, letters, or alphanumeric. (NOTE: if your iOS device already has a
passcode that meets these requirements, you will not be prompted to create
another passcode).

This completes the enrollment process for your iOS 8 device.
Congratulations!
***Note***: Mail, Contacts and Calendar Default Accounts: The user needs to change the
Mail, Contacts and Calendar Default Accounts to P&G Email: settings > mail, contacts,
calendars > Mail/Calendar/Contacts > Default account> P&G Email. For Calendar you
should also open up the Calendar application and tap Calendars (top left) to make sure
the P&G Email calendar is checked.
Also go back into your mail settings to reset your mail folder configurations to what you
noted down in step 2 (Remove P&G Email).Go to Settings > Mail, contacts, calendars >
Accounts (P&G Email) > 'Mail days to sync' and 'Mail folders to push'. Set them to what
you had configured them as, per step 2 (Remove P&G Email) of the enrollment process.
Once the device is enrolled, you will see the following apps on your device. You can also
go into the Airwatch app to confirm your device was properly enrolled.
***Note: If your device says 'Not enrolled' under
'Enrollment status' below, restart your device and check again.
