1. Do not eat or drink inside the laboratory.
2. Avoid stepping on electrical wires or any
other computer cables.
3. Do not open the system unit casing or
monitor casing particularly when the
power is turned on (30,000 volts).

pins, and needles into the computer
casings.
5. Do not remove anything from the
computer laboratory without
permission.
6. Do not touch, connect, or disconnect any
plug or cable without permission.

power sockets when something is
connected to them or switched one.
8. Do not open an external device
without scanning them for computer
viruses.

1. Turn off the machine when you are no
longer using it.
2. Report any broken plugs or exposed
electrical wires to the teacher immediately.
3. Always SAVE your progress.
4. Always maintain an extra copy of all your
data files.

VIRUS FREE.
6. Feel free to ask for assistance.

How to Turn on the
Computer
1. Long press the power button on the APC Smart
–Ups.

2. Press the power button on the CPU.

3. Wait for the OS to load up.


Creating Your Own
Folder
1. Look for the folder named “Ayame
Production.” Double click to open.
2. From the folder, double click your section’s
folder (Persephone or Athena).
3. From your section’s folder, RIGHT CLICK any
space, move your cursor to NEW, and click
FOLDER to create a new one.

LAST NAME, First Name Middle Initial.
