AYALA MALL

I chose these two kinds of arts which are the paintings of children playing kadang-
kadang and the other one is the wood carving of a girl’s wear. They’re really
attractive to me because it reminds me how creative Filipinos are. The kadang-
kadang is the traditional game or the old game of the philipines which is I
experienced it before in my grandparents province, we are very happy playing
that game with my cousins, you need to balance the bamboo for you not to fall
and if some of us will fall we shared laughter together, so it’s very memorable
thoughts when I saw this picture. The wood carving also is very nice looking, I felt
like I want to try to wear it if it’s fit for me or if I’m good-looking wearing it. I
really appreciated those art and the painter who made it because it was a great
work and everyone will love it.

AT THE MUSEUM

These pictures are amazing for me because I love seeing the past of every
filipinos. At first it was very incredible seen because I never experienced it, how
self-centered I am, however my parents told me that all the pictures I saw in the
museum are true and they experienced it. The horse in the left side was like their
jeepney before because of the few jeepneys in their time, they used horse to ride
wherever they want to go. The boy in the right side which is sitting in carabao is
like he is serenading a woman and he ride using his carabao to go to the woman
he loves. Very unforgettable moments of every Filipinos experiencing this
traditional times specially to our grandparents and parents who love sharing or
telling stories from past and we can’t deny the fact that traditional times are
much appreciated than nowadays.
