E. EVENT DESCRIPTION
Christmas Year End Show is one of the greatest holidays event that is
observed by the Stockbridge community with the same fervor and passion as
in others while still having its own distinct style.

This year’s Stockbridge Year End Christmas Show theme is “Stockbridge

Winter Concert: Blissful Holidays across the world”. Thus, the learners
will be given opportunities to participate and celebrate with great joy and
merriment that will promote the holiday season across all the cultures around
the world.

F. EVENT OBJECTIVES
This event aims to:
 Promote open-mindedness to the students about the spirit of
Christmas holidays and inculcate the values of joy, sharing, acceptance
and togetherness.
 Strengthen the students, their family, and the whole school
community’s relationship through such activity.
 Showcase their world-class talents, enhance the students’ confidence
and emotional expression through performing.
 Produce artifacts that symbolizes merry season.

In celebration for the holiday season, Stockbridge Year End Christmas show
aims to inculcate the value of joy, giving, tolerance, and brotherhood that is
shared and celebrated by one and by all. Welcoming and ending this season
with genuine love and openness to each other’s tradition and practices will
let them embody how to become a lifelong learner. With this, we allow the
students to develop open mindedness, to foster greater sense of team spirit
that will transform them in becoming an effective communicator to those who
they know, and they love. Furthermore, it also aims to develop the children’s'
critical thinking and creativity by incorporating fun and meaningful
opportunities to maintain the holiday season atmosphere.

II. LIST OF ACTIVITIES

Pre Event Activities

A. Pre-K to Kindergarten

1. “Roll a Holly Jolly Story” (PreK to Kinder) – December 13, 2022

 PreK to Kindergarten classes will have a “mini pajama party” in

the classroom together with the teacher. In the pajama party, A
storyteller from Scholastic will read a story to the children. The
theme of the story is all about “Celebrating Christmas everywhere
on land” Students will need to wear their desired Christmas
pajama party outfit. Other students (who doesn’t celebrate
Christmas) can wear their desired pajama party outfit.
 This activity will happen after the Stockbridge Winter Concert.

B. PreK to Grade 9 Activities (All levels)

1. “Tidings and Tinsel”– November 28, 2022

  All students from all levels will make a Holiday Card for their loved
ones: friends, classmates, family members, teachers and others. They
can write a message inside the card and design/decorate it.
 They can create as many cards as they can. During the Thanksgiving
party, they will go around the school and give the letters to their loved
ones. Students will need to take documentations for the given activity.

2. “Merry Magic Wish” – November 29, 2022

 All students will think of “3 best wishes” for this holiday season.
They can draw / write their wishes and put it on a cutout stockings,
Christmas ball or star. Students will need to hang their wishes on
the Christmas Tree (from the Christmas Tree lighting).
 This activity will be conducted during class hours.
 Teachers will need to prepare the materials needed for the given
activity.
2. “Holiday Freedom Wall” – December 1, 2022

 All students and school staff are encouraged to write or draw

something on the “Holiday Freedom Wall” with the letter J O Y. They
will write their answers about the question “What brings you joy?”
 Every after class or students’ free time, they can write/draw their
thoughts here. This way, It’ll be fun for the kids to read each other’s’
ideas. Even the teachers!

3. Year End Show “A December to

Remember: Reignite
Blissful Holidays across the
world”
 The presentation
will be divided into 3
regions:
 (1) Kinder to Grade 3 - Africa and Asia Pacific
(2) PreK - America and
(3) Grades 4 to 9 - Europe.
 Each grade level will perform on stage. Performance can be a
combination of sing, dance, and act.
 The songs, the colors of costumes to be worn, and some parts of
the performances must be related to the region assigned.
