BSP-GSP ENCAMPMENT AND CORONATION

Scouting is one of the engaging hobbies that our students will undoubtedly appreciate due to the
variety of activities that encourage more independence, selflessness, and resourcefulness in them. They can
apply what they have learned and the principles they live by in their adult lives.
The first and last canvasses are held on June 20, 2023, and are attended by all sponsors, advisers, and
parents/guardians of the candidates from kindergarten. A baseline of 3000 pesos was collected for
expenditures, with 500 pesos from each classroom. 68,101 pesos were taken in all throughout the
canvassing. The concrete school barrier would be funded using 70% of the money given to candidates; the
remaining 30% was given back to them.
At exactly eight o'clock in the morning on June 24, 2023, the program began. A short word from Sir
Rogelio M. Eugenio is delivered after a prayer and a song with patriotic lyrics. The program starts off with
the presentation of yells from the kindergarten students Kid and Twinkler, then Star Scout and Kabs Scout,
boy Scout and girl Scout, who deliver their yells vigorously and with a smile on their faces.
Their next activity is to perform community service by collecting trash both inside and outside the
school. Girl and boy scouts walked to the barangay hall, and the kid, twinkler, kabs, and star scouts
proceeded to collect trash. Community service is an unpaid position, yet it may be very beneficial to the
community.
The group split into three sections. Boy scouts participate in their activities beside Ma'am Fritchel
Ann A. Colomma and troop leader Sir Rogelio M. Rabec. The youngster, twinkler, star, and kabs scouts
work on their activities with their troop leaders Ma'am Brenda Pintor and Ma'am Jenalyn Padilla, while the
girl scouts do so with Ma'am Liezel A. Abad.
Laro ng Lahi games include sack races, calamansi relays, and finding my group mates. The
youngster, twinkler, star, and kab scout play these games. Their happiness and desire to win every game
could be apparent on their faces. The girl scouts demonstrate their talent for crafting paper beads and
dancing. If they develop their talent in making paper beads any, they may be able to start a small business.
Boy scouts learn knot tying and the appropriate way to fold a flag. Despite the weather, they truly love their
activities, and the caterpillar relay test their agility and teamwork.
The coronation will take place on June 24, 2023, at precisely 2:00 pm. The national anthem is sung
after the arrival of the colors, a prayer, and the national song.
Boy Scouts recited the Boy Scout Law and Promise under the direction of James Alatan, while Girl
Scouts repeated the Girl Scout Law under the direction of Johanna Legazpi. One of the most crucial
components of the Scouting curriculum, according to Lord Baden-Powell, is the Scout Law. He thought it
was important for character development and promoting moral values since it served as a direction for
Scouts to follow in their everyday lives.
The coronation serves as the program's high point. The royal family enters first, followed by the
pinning of sashes, the awarding of trophies, and the transfer of the cape and crown of the Mr. BSP 2019 and
Ms. GSP 2019 winners.
President of the SPTA, Mrs. Lourdes G. Balingao, and Hon. Committee on Education Chairman
Larry V. Dizon and Hon. Bernabe V. Pinto, Sr. The scouters hear a brief message from them, as well as an
encouraging speech. For the success of the School Based BSP- GSP Encampment and Coronation 2023, Sir
Rogelio M. Eugenio sends a brief word of congratulations to the candidate of the parents and a message of
gratitude to all the supported parents, barangay authorities, and teachers.
