Case Study

XYZ is a major player in Telecom business for the last many years. But for the past few years its revenue is declining
and customer base is reducing.

XYZ is a traditional company which has not changed its business practices for the last about two decades. Its
business runs in silos, do not share data, data analytics practice is not there. The customers have also complained
about late and missed bills, wrong billing amount among others.

Recently with globalization and deregulation many global players have entered the telecom business. These players
are giving tough competition to XYZ.

The new chief strategy officer of XYZ wants to modernize the data management practice and become a data driven
organization. He has hired a new CDO (Chief data Officer) and mandated him to suggest suitable steps for the same.

Based on the proposed capability develop a high level data architecture for XYZ for performing sales analytics.
