1.0 Use Intel WiFi driver installer if you are using Intel WiFi adapter.
1.1 Use Snappy Driver Installer Origin → Click download indexes only →
Install audio drivers (Realtek), Ethernet / WiFi drivers (Intel / Realtek, etc).
You might need SMBus driver for RGB control over RAM / Motherboard.

Note: NVIDIA recommended driver is latest
AMD recommended driver is latest

1.1) Updating Store Apps

1.1.0 Open Microsoft Store, go to Downloads and update all the apps.

Windows.

You can activate Windows in Settings control panel or using CMD.

To activate using CMD, use the following commands:
2.1 slmgr /ipk “YOUR KEY HERE”
 2.2 slmgr /ato

3) Installing Games & Apps (to avoid errors when you have already tweaked the system)
(You can skip this part if you are sure your apps will launch after tweaks)

4) Tweaking Device Manager

4.1 Disable devices (only unused PCI-E ports, USB Hubs, SATA Controllers)
4.2 Turn off Windows write-cache buffer flashing on disk drives
5) Disabling Drive Search Indexing (if not using search)
 5.1 Open Explorer
 5.2 Navigate to Computer tab

5.5 Apply changes to drive, subfolders and files
5.6 Click Continue
5.7 Ignore all

6) Choosing Power Plan (%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\2. Tweaking\PowerPlans)

Enabled idle - lower temps, slightly worse latency, slightly more FPS
Disabled idle - higher temps, slightly lower latency, slightly less FPS
You can use idle disabled for game and idle enabled for other tasks.
!!!WARNING!!! IDLE DISABLED MAKES YOUR CPU RUN 100% ALL OF THE TIME.

7) Tweaking GPU Driver (%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\2. Tweaking\GPU)

7.0 Optional Graphics tweaks are optional
7.1 Tweak your NVIDIA / AMD control panel
7.2 To tweak your AMD driver, use Imribiy’s registry tweaks in the dedicated folder

9.1 Apply “Network Tweaks by [Link]” (might cause some internet issues)

It will moderately reduce your download and upload speed,
but you will have more stable connection without bufferbloat.
9.3 Optional Apply tweaks for your installed browser in Browsers Tweaks folder.

10) Tweaking Drivers, Services (removed due to being the cause of breaking the OS)
10.1 Use NSudo to apply “Bare [Link]”
10.2 Use NSudo to apply “Bare [Link]” (it tends to disable Equalizer functionality)
