Greetings!
Filipino Values Month, held annually in November every year, looks to advance recognition of
values that are remarkably and emphatically Filipino. These include love of God and country, solid
family ties, care and regard for older folks, perseverance, and tolerance. In connection with this, the
Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Department will conduct the following school activities as part of the
annual celebration,
1. Tagisan ng Talino (Quiz Bee) by year level.
2. Poster Making Contest for Grades 10-11, &12
3. Slogan Making Contest for Grades 7, 8 & 9
4. “Bilao Ko, Bihisan Ko”-Christmas Theme and open to all
5. Symposium-for EsP Classroom Officers, STE &SPM Class
6. “Ulirang Mag-aaral” selection – 50% Question and answer, 50% popularity.
7. Launching of Project “CARE” -November 15, 2023
8. Culminating, Thanksgiving Mass and Awarding of Prizes to the winners- November 30, 2023
In conducting the following activities, a minimal amount will be collected as:
1. Symposium- twenty pesos(P20.00) registration fee for:
a. All seven (7) EsP Club Officers in all regular classes
b. All students from STE and SPM Class.
2. “Bilao Ko, Bihisan Ko”- Sixty pesos each group ( three students ) for the “bilao” (materials)
3. Poster & Making and Slogan Making Contest- twenty pesos (P20.00) for the illustration
board (materials)
Proceeds will go in buying printer and ink for the EsP Department and maintenance of the EsP
Learning Center.
Attached herewith are the schedules for the different activities.

RESOLUTION FOR THE FILIPINOVALUES MONTH CELEBRATION 2023
Excerpts from the minutes of the meeting of the Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Department Meetng with
eight EsP Teachers and one Department Head at EsP Learning Center, DRECMNHS, Villasis,
Pangasinan.
Whereas, we the teachers of the Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Department understand that there is a
need of raising funds to augment the expenses for the Celebration of the Filipino Values Month 2023,
Whereas, we the teachers of the Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao requested the approval of Dr.
FERDINAND T. AUSTRIA, the school Principal of Don Ramon E. Costales Memorial National High
School, Villasis, Pangasinan to raise such fund, however to be collected as donations from the parents
of the EsP Club Classroom Officers, STE and SPM students and “Ulirang Mag-aaral” Candidates.
Whereas, we this resolution will be disseminated to all concerned individuals.
