INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

1. Regular candidates shall send their applications with the prescribed fee through proper channel.
2. Before submitting the application, the candidates are advised to satisfy themselves that they fullfil the eligibility conditions laid down by
the University to appear for the examination.
3. An application not accompanied by prescribed fee or incomplete in any respect will not be entertained.
4. Detailed time-table for the semester examination will be put up in the college/department notice board and will be available at the
college/department office about 15 days priod to the commencement of the examination.
5. Correction in application, if any, should be neatly hand written in english in block letters.
6. The candidate should check all the entries given in the respective columns and make corresponding corrections and enclose letter along
with this application.
7. If the code number of the subject offered is different from the one given, please circle it and enter the relevant code number.
8. If the candidates desires to improve performance in any of the subjects, if eligible, he or she should write the relevant codes in the
respective semester line, the list of subject codes may be obtained from the college/department office.
9. Private cndidates should send their application to the Controller of Examination directly.
