CYOS - Project Scope Document:

Key Roles
Buyer

● Purchases products – Buy for him/her, send gifts, buy designs, etc..
● Can sign-up as a Seller.
● Will have options to save all designs before it is published within CYOS
store or their own stores and other marketplaces

Seller

● The seller can have multiple stores/brands


● Can also act as a Buyer.
● Creates designs & products.
● Manage product commission.

Artist

● Will be able to create designs. All designs will be published only after
admin approvals.
● An artist can have multiple stores/brands for designs
● An artist can have multiple stores/brands for stores similar to a seller.
● Can also act as a Buyer.
● Can also act as a seller.
● Creates designs
● Manage product commission

Licenced stores – (Example Harry Potter™ | Official Merchandise

● Each Brand owner will have a page/store


● All approved designs will be under this product category
● When a product is selected show all inventory with the selected design
● Linked to social media pages – CYOS fanbase page for each
Startup/Small Brands

● Will be able to add own stock details and print quality details.

Printer

● The printer/Admin will create an account for a new printer


● Printers will be located in different locations.
● Orders will directed to the printer by delivery location.
● If orders are for Startup/small brands then these orders will be sent to
printers linked to the startup.
● The order should be trackable
● Able to add Logistics supplier

Admin

● Should be able to access all admin features

Key Features

Designer Tool:

● All common features like designer tools


● Admin will be able to create various templates and publish the price for each
template. Price is defined for each template ( size/area of the print )
● Any design is selected then it automatically appears in T-shirts, hoodies, etc.
● The Price gets updated, based on the design size selected, quality of the
T-shirt.
● For Apparel – The product is displayed based on the person’s origin(Country)
