6. Successful firms must address these changes quickly.
7. Multiple team working on same products.
8. For 2024, mercer reported an employee turnover of 13.5%

a. Apple was better at 2 years
10. Talk space reported a range of 13% to 18% from 2019
11. Leveraging lessons learned. Develop and refine the vision
concept of operations.
12. Maintainability traceability is crucial, it takes time and is not
cheap.
13. Problem understanding alignment to all work product is key. ‘
14. Best Practice for effective traceability:
a. Assign responsibility to an individual with requisite authority.
b. Adopt the use of unique identifiers as key work products.
c. Update traceability after any changes to the system is made.
15. New team members can bring key and needed new skills
16. The downside is that these workers do not know.

19. The best way to learn something is to practice doing it.
