Good morning, respected principal and teachers, my name is aadya ralhan and I’m a
student of class 11th E and has opted for commerce maths for my +2 education. I
have a nuclear family of 5 people. My parents and i live with my grandparents. My
father’s a business men and my mother is a home maker. I am born and brought up in
bhilai.I am nominating myself for the post of vice head girl and house perfect of
Vindhya house. I’ve been a part of this school since the past 10years of my life
and during this year i have not only gained academic knowledge but also
characteristic skills such as confidence, empathy and social skills. I really do
believe in our school’s motto service before self.I believe that I’m a very sorted
person and I have my goals set. I aim to crack the IPMAT examinations in the year
2026 which is for the prestigious IIM’s. In my leisure time i like to sing and vibe
to my fav songs, help my mother in household work and read mythological books.
I have been involved in various mun’s, which have helped me develop skills in oral
and written communication and has made me people oriented and also improved my body
language.i have great leadership skills and can adapt in any circumstances with
this knowledge i believe that i would be able to fulfill the requirements of a vice
head girl. I believe that i will be able to co ordinate the student council and
work towards the benefit of my fellow peers

What will you do once you become the vice head girl?
If i get the opportunity of becoming the vice head girl i would voice all the
concerns and find solutions of critical issue by placing myself in the shoes of
other students, I will make sure that I’m available and approachable to everyone so
that i can be reached out to whenever necessary. As a senior i will help all my
juniors and rather than treating them as juniors i will treat them as my friends
and companions. I will help my teachers to the best. given a chance i will
definitely do my best to make this year a memorable one for each and everyone of us
because that’s what a leadership is all about it’s about understanding your team,
your family and your people.

What does a great leader do?


A great leader should never give up and try to bring people together and be
selfless and this is how i am going to work alongside my peers. This position
doesn’t mean that i am going to stand in front of the line and lead everyone to
work, no. I am going to stand with all my peers and lead everyone to a better
future

What are your short term goals? (3years)


In the upcoming three years i see myself excelling my 12th board exams with flying
colors and getting into my favourite college which i have always yearned for, iim
indore.i really do believe in miles to go before i sleep.

What are your long term goals? (8years)


In the coming 5 to 8 years i see myself with a bba+mba degree, helping my dad in
his business my making it international. And i also aim to do something for the
welfare of the poor souls, the animals.. i see myself as a businesswoman working
towards the goal of starting up a business regarding the carbon fibre which will
replace the iron n steel industry to an extent in the upper sections of the
society. I want to be the biggest player in the carbon fibre industry by 2033
its cagr is 12.6%.

How will you manage your studies with this post?


I am a very optimistic person.I believe that this post will help me in my near
future as [Link] this opportunity i will learn time management more. Right
now sir&mam i wake up at 6 every day come to school. Get back home by 1 50. Then i
have my ttns from 4 to 7. Then i come back home teach my maid’s daughter nd do a
bit of self study, home work etc. in this meantime i also prepare for all the extra
co curricular activities for school like comparing, class room debates etc. i will
also seek some support from my seniors and try to cover the work which i have
missed out from my near and dear ones.

What are your expected percentage for class 12?


My expected % for class 12 is 94%+ .

What are your strengths and weaknesses?


My strength is that I’m a people oriented person and have great leadership skills.I
believe in working together rather than imposing my thoughts on others. I like to
hear everyone’s point of view and accomodate them into a good solution.
My weakness is that i am a bit sensitive sometimes, I cannot see people in
distress. I have a soft corner for poor souls, I can’t see someone misbehaving with
dogs.

What’s your contribution towards school?


In class 10th, boards class i went to MUN BILASPUR and represented my school there
and won high commendation award there with this i scored 88.6% in my class 10th
boards. I try to participate in each and every competition as much as i can.
Recently in inter house music competition. Our team, we vindhians scored the 2nd
position. In the upcoming assembly on senior citizens day i have bagged the role of
doing comparing.
