2 Distribution Board is weather proof and covers are
closed properly
3 Distribution Board should be kept on firmly placed
with suitable stand.
4 Access to the DB free from obstruction(s).
5 Input power cable should be free from any defects.
6 All Internal wiring (s) are in good condition &
insulated properly.
7 Distribution Board is fitted ELCB / RCCB with
proper rating
8 Insulated Rubber mate should be available.
9 MCB fitted, tested and in good working conditions.
10 ELCB / RCCB tested and in good working conditions
11 DB should be grounded properly.
12 All connections / termination(s) are tightened
properly.
13 All switches are in good condition and properly
working.
14 Power points should be free from any defects and
covered with auto lock.
15 All connection should be taken through industrial
plug top.
16 Electrical safety Warning signs are available on the
DB.
17 All openings are properly covered / sealed.
18 Inside the D.B clean and tidy
19 Lockout system should be functional in DB box.
20 DB should operate by competent person only.
