Act & Draw Contest

Event Overview
The Act & Draw Contest combines live acting with artistic drawing. Contestants will perform a short skit
(acting) based on a theme and then create a drawing inspired by their performance.

1. Eligibility

 The contest is open to all current college students.

 Participants must register individually.

2. Contest Format

Phase 1: Acting Performance

 Participants will perform a short skit or act based on a pre-given theme.

 Maximum performance time: 5 minutes.

 The performance must be family-friendly and appropriate for all audiences.

 Participants must stay within the assigned time limit. Exceeding the time limit may lead to
penalties.

Phase 2: Drawing

 After the acting performance, participants will have 5-10 minutes to draw something related to
their skit.

 The drawing must connect to the theme or the acting performance.

 Drawing materials will be provided, but participants can bring their own tools (e.g., colored
chalk).

 No digital drawings or tools are allowed. All artwork must be hand-drawn.

3. Registration

 Participants must register in advance by submitting their details via the registration form at

4. Judgement Criteria

Judging will be based on the following:


 Creativity: How unique and imaginative is the acting and drawing.

 Smart communication skills between both the members without using any electronic device and

 Theme Relevance: How well the drawing connects with the acting performance and theme.

5. Rules

Any offensive or inappropriate content will lead to disqualification.

 Originality: Performances and drawings must be original. Plagiarism will result in


disqualification.

 Time Limits: Exceeding the time limits will result in penalties.

 Disqualification: Any violation of the rules (e.g., inappropriate content, exceeding time limits,
plagiarism) may result in disqualification.
