TOPIC 1: WAYS TO REDUCE FOOD WASTE

These days, people tend to waste a lot of food. Food waste has become a common issue that not only
wastes resources and money but also harms our environment. In my perspective, we can improve this
issue in three ways.
The first way is to make a shopping list based on a meal plan. The less you buy, the less you waste. It
helps you save time because you know and buy exactly what you need, and it ensures your food is fresh.
The second one is reusing leftover food. Instead of throwing, the last dinner leftover can be preserved in
the fridge and used to make the next day meal or turned into pet food. We not only avoid wasting food
but also save money.
I think the most common causes of food waste come from the way we preserve food. We need to know
how to preserve foods suitable for each type of food in order to keep them fresh and maybe use them
longer.
Three ways will help us to reduce wasting food and save many things, such as resources, money, and
time.
TOPIC 2: BRAIN FOOD THAT YOU LIKE
Brain food is food that is good for our brain. We need to eat them to boost our brainpower because the
brain is a vital organ that controls all processes in our body, including both our thoughts and behaviors.
My favorite brain food is eggs, especially egg yolk. I think eggs are good for our brains because they
contain a lot of nutrients, such as healthy fats and vitamins. It not only enhances our memory abilities but
also helps our brain work quickly and effectively. Eggs provide us enough energy to do activities, so it’s
easier for us to concentrate on our lessons and understand them better.
There are two reasons why I like it. The first reason refers to their taste. There are many ways to cook
eggs and combine them with other foods to create a lot of delicious meals. The other is that cooking them
helps me save time. When I have a short time to eat a meal, I just need a few seconds to make bread with
a fried egg.
That’s all about my speaking part.
TOPIC 3: DESCRIBED HOW YOU BEHAVED IN A STRESSUL SITUATION
Since I began studying at the university, I have faced many new issues. One of them is related to
teamwork activities. Unlike my high school, a lot of activities are organized at the university. It is so
strange for me to adapt to this environment for the first time. I find it hard to communicate with or
understand what my friends discuss. Everything that occurs quickly makes it difficult for me to keep up
with it.
When met this situation, it makes me quite confusing because of its differences from my respect to a new
chapter in my life. But throughout the process, I try to maintain a positive attitude and reminded myself
that everyone also need to go through this same period. I look for people who came before me and learn
from their experiences. I also seek assistance and guidance from my lecturers and classmates.
TOPIC 4: PRESENT A PROBLEM AND SOLUTIONS
Due to each situation, rely on the places I will suggest some solution. Like: At home: plan for the meal in
a day / weak, make a grocery list. Business: can donate food to the charity, homeless or food bank.
Besides that, I think the government should play a role in educating people about the value of food and
how it affects our environment when we waste it.

TOPIC 5: A MEMORABLE EVENT OF YOUR LIFE

There are several memorable events in my life that I can summon up, and out of those, I would like to talk
about the time when I was getting ready for the high school entrance exam.
In my hometown, there are two typical high schools. The first school had a lot of obedient students who
had good grades. Conversely, the other one is usually well-known for students who have bad grades. At
that time, the first school seemed like a dream school that students wanted to get into. In my big family,
almost my sister, my cousins, and even my uncles and aunts passed the second one. Only my youngest
aunt got into the first school. During the time I studied at junior high school, I was always a good student,
so my mom had high expectations of me. This makes me so stressed, and I worried that I would
disappoint her.
But after all, I passed the first school with outstanding marks. After knowing my results, I was really glad.
I believed that I had done well, but I didn’t think it was so well. I was so amazing and also proud of
myself because I won the third prize for the top three people who had the highest marks in this exam.
