Respected Sir

I, Ritesh Sharma, Roll No. 49, representing the First Year Bachelor of
Accounting and Finance (FYBAF) class, kindly request your approval to
organize a Garba Night event on 11th October 2024 within the college
premises.

Garba is a traditional cultural event that celebrates the spirit of Navratri,


fostering unity and cultural appreciation among students. It will provide an
opportunity for students to bond, engage in a joyful and energetic activity,
and showcase their cultural heritage.

We would like to request permission to conduct this event in the college


Seminar Hall, as it is a suitable venue that can comfortably accommodate
the number of participants and allow us to organize the event in a structured
manner.

The details of the proposed event are as follows:

 Rs.50-60 for Refreshments each student
 Rs.1000 for decoration
 Rs. 1000 for rental lights

safety and discipline measures. Necessary permissions from relevant
departments will be taken, and we will ensure that the event concludes on
time without causing any disruption to the academic environment.

We kindly request your consideration and approval for this event, along with
permission to use the Seminar Hall for the same. Your support will be greatly
appreciated by the students, and we believe it will add a memorable
experience to our college life.
