Project: Creative Hydraulics
Worked in 2d to 3d conversion of the customer drawings and assembling of parts and creating 2D drafting as
per customer requirements and assigning of Dimensions GD&T and other annotating Features Using
Solidworks and Generating reports for the senior officers approval.
Project: Ashjoe Cold Chain Establishment
Worked in creating the framed structure Design using Weldment tools in solid works for the cold storage
container Arrangement and attending of meeting with customer to ensure the fulfillment of the design.
Academic Project: Design and Analysis Of Chain Sprocket
Sprockets are used in transmission system of two wheelers, which can be found in rear wheel of a two-
wheeler.
These sprockets are subjected to high tensile loads during the forward movement of the vehicle.
Due to this tensile force, the teeth present in the sprocket, which is directly in contact with the chain drive
gets deformed and in some cases the teeth gets blended resulting in the slippage of the power transmission.
This is because of the material property of the sprocket.
To overcome this issue, in this project the material of the sprocket is replaced by the metal matrix of
Aluminum Silicon Carbide material.
