• I have always enjoyed working in the hospitality industry
and find great satisfaction in providing in customer service.
Being a waiter allow me to interact with guests and assist
with their dining experience and help create memories they
will cherish.

What are your strengths?

• My strength is my quick learning ability and positive
attitude. I approach challenges with enthusiasm, and I’m
committed to developing strong communication skills that
will contribute to effective customer interaction.
What are your weaknesses?

• "When I'm faced with a difficult task, sometimes I get
nervous and doubt myself.
• I worry too much about making mistakes. But I've been
working on it. I try to stay positive and focus on what I can
do instead of what might go wrong.

What are your salary expectations Target
• Well, thank you so much for asking. I’m open to discussing
a salary that reflects the responsibilities of the role and I
currently interviewing for positions that pay at least 1500
AED with accommodation and meal.
Describe your experience in the Food & Beverage industry?
Target
• While I don’t have formal experience in the industry, I have
always been keenly interest in hospitality and customer
service. I’m honed my skill in interpersonal communication
and multitasking in other roles, which I believe are highly
transferable to this position.
Where do you see yourself in five years? Target
• In the next five years, I picture myself still in this F&B
organization, getting really good at handling customers
compliant and making sure everything goes smoothly
operation .
• I want to be a professional F&B Supervisor in keeping our
customers satisfied and happy.
How do you handle feedback and criticism? Target
• I appreciate feedback and criticism as opportunities for
growth and improvement. When I receiving feedback, I listen
attentively, ask clarifying questions to ensure I understand
specific.
• I view it as a chance to learn, adapt, and become more
effective in my role. After receiving feedback, I take time to
reflect on it and develop an action plan for improvement.
The guest is unhappy with their meal, what do you do?

• I would immediately apologize and offer to replace the
meal or providing an alternative. I ‘d also inform the
manager to ensure that we take additional steps to
rectify the issue.
